As much as we might hate to admit it, email still drives a lot of business transactions. Part of the frustration in dealing with email is that its use often creates silos of documents and other information in every person's email account. People in the organization typically forward emails around...resulting in multiple copies of the same email, a lack of visibility into someone else's inbox or personal email archive, etc.
